Collaboration Spaces
Join a member of the Digital University training team to get up-and-running with your new Collaboration Room.
By the end of this session, learners will be able to:
- Schedule and start Teams and Zooms meetings.
- Present, record, and use the chat feature in meetings.
Sessions are held the first Thursday of every month at 2 p.m. ET at ITS Headquarters, 216 Massachusetts Ave in Boston. If you choose to engage with this training virtually, you are encouraged to participate in the training from a Microsoft Teams enabled Conference room.
Unable to attend a live session? Collaboration Spaces eLearning is an introductory course that establishes a foundation for utilizing Microsoft Teams-enabled rooms. The high-quality technology integrated into Collaboration Spaces creates a consistent meeting and collaborative experience for in-person and remote participants.
